Position: Payment and Reconcile Officer
# Position: 01
Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform reconcile and payment to all company’s business partner.
Prepare settlement to partner to make sure that the payment is accuracy follow the business agreement such as fee, principle amount, settlement schedule, settlement bank, and account beneficiary.
Daily reconcile and confirm balance to be settled to the partner before fund has been settled.
Weekly update on checking list of all company’s business partner to make sure there is no missing payment to partner.
Posting transaction to the system with appropriate supporting document.
Prepare daily reconciliation if require from the partner and confirm to the partner whether the fund has been settled correctly or not.
Prepare the monthly report or other related tasks as assigned by direct line manager and Head of Treasury.
Job Description:
- Call and collect daily payment (A/R) from resellers’ location.
- Deposit Cash/Cheque to bank daily.
- Pay suppliers’ due invoice (A/P) on time.
- Record daily cash and expense transaction.
- Update customer and supplier contacts on time.
- Ability to write e-mail in Khmer and English.
- Well knowledge on Microsoft office.
- Perform other duties assigned from accounting manager.
• Design banner, leaflet, or other that required by businesses unit.
• Responsible for building and performing online marketing activities
• Works with sales division to optimize campaign of website landing pages, Facebook , and other social media
• Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layout
• Working with a wide range of media and using graphic design software
• Working with teams to discuss the images they require
• Coordinating the publication with printing-house suppliers.
• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
• Visit customers with sales team to consult and do project site survey
• Support sale team to provide solution to customers
• Network (LAN/WAN) Designing and implementing
• Troubleshooting and performance customer’s network
• Ensure full company’s policy and department processes, procedures and best practices.

10- Oversee an entire construction project, or specific aspects of a
larger or small project
11- Determine the scheduling of different phases of a project
based on established deadlines
12- Develop the program of work and strategy for new making the
project happen
13- Plan ahead to prevent problems on-site before they occur and
follow to supervise the schedule
14- Must be solving problems that arise due to inclement weather,
emergencies or other issues that may cause delays
15- Communicate with a range of people including the client,
subcontractors, suppliers, the public, and the workforce
16- Coordinate with all Divisions to solve any problem occurring
that may affect the schedule, quality, and safety of all of the projects
17- Participate in and provide advice to clients/technical teams
18- Approve of all requisition forms for purchasing, issuance of
materials, consumables, manpower, and sub-contract works
related to the project

• Resolve technical issues for customers on phone

• Provide 24/7 customer support and promptly respond to any customer

• Receptionist (Greet and welcome customer).
• Handle customer Incoming and outgoing call.
• Assist customer to elevator and any other queries related to unit and space.
• Support in room and office inquiry (call, walk-in & email)
• Handle customer complain and relay to corresponding staff to remedy the complain
• Issue invoice and collecting payment (Cashier)
• Control and monitor office supplies, cleaning and laundry stock
• Handle staff inquiry related to room, cleaning and laundry materials, maintenance expense and employee request (roster, lunch fee, salary)
• Handle Petty cash, stock replenishment, Tenants request and request expense for reimbursement
• Update staff attendance, work leave, missing scan & Overtime attendance (day/night)
• Clerical tasks (filing, encoding, updating staff and customer data base)
• Any other assigned tasks by Manager
