• Maintains the work structure by updating job
requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Establish HR standard and procedures.
• Manage recruiting and employee testing program.
• Conduct performance appraisal and proposes reward
scheme on a regular basis.
• Continually evaluates compensation policies and
procedure.
• Maintain and updates HR policy in regular basis.
• Inform management of critical human resources
situation and issues, including changes in man power
needs, legal consideration, hiring / disciplinary /
termination practices.
• To establish Human Resources Dept. objectives, plans,
budget and policies.
• Maintains company staff by establishing a recruiting,
testing, and interviewing program; counseling
managers on candidate selection; conducting and
analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing
and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Performance the HR functions on recruitment and
selection to ensure that our vacancies are attracting
candidates and offering the right positions to the
right candidates.
• Continuously develop and revise human resources
policy and other regulations on a timely basis to
ensure they are reflecting to need and compliance
with Cambodian Labor Law.
• Manage the HR filings both documents to ensure that
those documents are filed and entries properly and
privately.
• Ensure the accuracy of the salary, compensation, and
staff’s benefits
by reviewing payroll and relevant reports and they
are paid promptly.
• Ensure staffs are working in the safe and positive
working
environment where there is no discrimination,
harassment, violation, office politics and dangers.
• Become a first contact person for advice staff,
managers, and executive committee for some
concerns related to personal security, Cambodia
Labor Law, labor relation, performance management,
disciplinary procedures, policies explanation, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Top
Management.
Key responsibilities...
• Design and install well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling
• Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network
• Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs
• Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices
• Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their own work
• Do regular data backups to protect the organization’s information
• Provide technical direction to co-workers on computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instructions
• Responsible for the achievement of the bank’s loan sales target, development and implementation of the bank’s loan sales programs and supervision of the loan sales officers and staff
• Supervise, monitor and coordinate the daily sales activities of the Loan Sales Department
• Develop high-quality leads and referrals for new loan businesses and convert them to actual sales
• Proactively find new ways to build and grow bank’s loan portfolio
• Ensure the protection of the bank’s interests by doing adequate research and sales probing and by adhering to bank policy and the various laws and regulations applicable to the bank’s loan practices
• Comply with all laws and regulations and interprets new and pending laws and regulations that affect the bank’s loan practices and products.
• Prepare and present loan sales reports and loan industry market updates and market study for Senior Management and Credit Committee
• Other duties as assigned.

• Provide IT support to customer, mainly related to internet service
• Assist troubleshoot networks, internet connectivity in the customer site or the company
• Install, configure, and maintain internet connection, network cabling, and other related equipment, and devices, adds or upgrades hardware and software and configures wireless access point, router with wireless and related equipment
• Implement network security and provide technical support to customer, anti-virus updates, managing host security and other related PCs.
• Configure e-mail client and provide technical support for our customer (Anti-Virus, Spam protection and scanning, and other related e-mail)
• Travel to customer site to install/configure modem/device & solve other related internet issues
• Customers’ site survey and draw diagram, included laying cable
• POP maintenance
Purpose of position: Interior Designer is to involved in design and the production planning to get the perfect result of the design and assist leader to meet the deadline.
Job Description:

- Review project to assure the progress is within the control.
- Follow the client requirement, concept design creatively develop design to meet the cost, quality and standard.
- Ability to prepare the document of Materials and check the details drawing according to design.

- Able to communicate with other design department expertise to get the correct details.
- Well understanding general design concept of architecture, structure and MEP.

• Reports to the Operations Manager
• Keeping good relations with existing customers that use our trade finance service and try to find new trade finance customers.
• Handle Import and Export Documents.
• Check all Import and Export Documents such as Letter of Credit, Shipping Guarantees and Import/Export Bills.
• Monitor Bills Due and Ensure bills promptly settled.
• Perform checking of all documentary credit documents.
• Prepare weekly report of activities and promotion of trade finance services.
• Prepare monthly report of balancing outstanding of LC and BG.
• Assist with branch to meet trade clients upon their requested.
• Ensures inward and outward remittances, Foreign Exchange as well as other trade finance transactions, are processed accurately and in a timely fashion
• Acts as system approver for all Outgoing Telegraphic Transfer transactions and other SWIFT financial messages (MTs)
• Ensures required funding, if any, is promptly sourced and correspondent account is always adequately funded.
• Ensures timely response to inquiries from Correspondent Banks regarding SWIFT transactions/messages
• Strives to improve overall workflow and coordinates with the Front Office and possibly customers for handling exceptions
• In charge for the training and development of the staff in the department
• Monitors RMA (Relationship Management Application)
• Confirms foreign exchange deal with our corporate banks
• Handles other tasks that may be assigned by the Operations Manager or CEO from time to time

• Manage the current stock status in the warehouse
• Check the quantity and receive the materials from the suppliers
• Issue the materials to the operation team with the approved withdrawal forms
• Keep records of all the “In and Out” materials and support documents.
• Key-in data in the system, reconcile the figures with the support documents, and prepare reports as required
• Ensure the materials are stored well and warehouse looks CLEAN AND TIDY
• Do filing of all the hard and soft documents for the warehousing
• Supervise and develop all Warehouse Keepers
• Manage reception operation efficiently, greet guests
• Manage incoming calls from tenants and direct them if necessary to the appropriate person/department/room
• Ensure reception and lobby area cleaned and tidy at all time
• Assist Head of Concierge in updating tenant list from time to time
• Collect all kinds of payment from tenants
• Control room inventory
• Work closely with Leasing team for all requirement from internal & external guests and handover properly
